Steve Rauf, President and Chief Executive Officer
Steve Rauf, a south Seattle resident, founded Othello Partners in 2007 and is responsible for the overall vision for the company. Under Rauf’s leadership, Othello Partners has assembled more than six acres of transit-oriented development properties in south Seattle. Rauf directs all aspects of Othello Partners’ holdings including design, construction, marketing, public relations, leasing and disposition. He is currently developing The Station at Othello Park—a 420,000-square-foot, $70 million mixed-use residential project—with financial partner, USAA. The project, located in south Seattle, will be the first new development on the city’s new Link light rail line.
Rauf also heads Real Estate Investment Partners (REI Partners), which he founded in 2002. As developer and general contractor with REI Partners, Rauf built more than 70 townhomes in south Seattle and is currently pursuing the development of an additional 67 townhomes in the same area.
Rauf earned a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a master of business administration from the University of Cincinnati.
Tom Rauf, Owner’s Representative
Tom Rauf began his career with Othello Partners in 2008. Rauf provides legal advice and assistance to Othello Partners. He is also responsible for community outreach, property management and customer service. Rauf earned a bachelor of arts in Political Science, masters in public administration and a juris doctor from the University of Kentucky with an emphasis in real estate, land use and zoning, business planning and tax law.
Yvonne Johnson, Accounting and Office Manager
Yvonne Johnson joined the Othello Partners team in 2007. Johnson is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative and accounting teams. She brings more than twenty-five years of real estate accounting experience to Othello Partners.
